The tellers are somewhat slow here compared to other banks. If there is no one in line then you can get in and out, however if there are more than 15 people in the bank total you can wait over 30 minutes. In addition there is only 1 ATM. I try an avoid this bank if I can use the chase bank at the Atrium or the Chase at Walgreen.
I like Chase’s online system better than any other bank’s, which is useful when transferring money or searching for transactions. The brink and mortar locations just can’t keep up.
