They carry Kosher Chalav Yisroel Milk for your coffee and have Glat Kosher hotdogs with a full time Mashgiach. The Collage 7⁄11 caries sandwiches and they carry flowers for Shabbos and «Zaidy’s Bakery» chalah and cakes. I have to hand it to them, they real broke out of the 7⁄11 mold in order to cater to the Jewish community.
Some think that the crowd is a little too colorful for the ultra-​orthodox however I see plenty of hamish yiddiin there, including the Airmont community. If you are visiting the store at 11:30 PM then yes you may see a bit of the night life. The only real night life in Monsey is this 7⁄11. They carry the regular beer, magazines and cigarettes so yes they aren’t Rockland Kosher.
