I really am not one for writing reviews but I had to in this case. I took in a few items for repair. My repairs, just small jewelry items, were treated as if they were high dollar works of art! The repairs were completed quickly, the repair price was VERY reasonable, the work FAR exceeded my expectations and the customer service was pleasant and genuine.

Today was my first time here and due to Angel’s awesome customer service it most definitely won’t be my last! I came in for a new battery for my Jorg Gray 9700 and that led to possibly finding a ring I’ve been looking for. If you’re looking for a ring, this is your place!

Great customer service! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from the Jewelry Box and today I purchased our wedding bands there. Robert and Moses have always been awesome to work with. They make helpful suggestions, work within your budget and, ultimately, make what you want happen! They have a great selection of engagement rings; everything from modern to vintage styles and in between. I always recommend this shop to my friends who are looking for engagement rings/​wedding bands.

I love this jewelry store. Received the most beautiful sapphire bracelet for Valentine’s Day! They are also custom designing my wedding ring and just had the final fitting. It is going to beautiful! I stopped into Jewelery box looking for an engagement ring, spoke to the staff who were very polite and helpful despite being close to closing time. I left with a good feeling and after visiting many other stores decided to pursue getting the ring from the Jewelery box. I had a photoshopped image of what I wanted and was able to get it made custom. Moses was fantastic and worked with me to get the very specific stones I needed in the size I wanted.
I did a lot of research about the market value of everything I put together including the labor of making a custom ring. When it came time to finally get the quote from Moses, he came in $ 50 under what I felt was a fair price. This to me was a great sign of honesty; I didn’t even negotiate and green-​lit the job.
There were so many details I’d requested, that I was worried right up until the end that something would be wrong. When I finally saw the ring I couldn’t be happier. Everything was perfect, the settings, the arrangement, all the nit-​pick details.
Like anything, doing your research goes a long way when purchasing Jewelery, the staff was never condescending or insulting when I asked questions or had certain preferences. They worked within my deadline and were patient when I had changes. Everyone we show loves the ring and the uniqueness of the custom engagement ring is something my fiancée and I will cherish.

WOW! What amazing service! I had two watch batteries replaced and a wrist watch resized. Connie, a wonderful woman, greeted us instantly and was professional, yet charismatic. She answered questions for us window shoppers and showed us some really spectacular pieces. It felt just like having a conversation with her instead of her pushing us to buy items. We signed up for a future event and will actually probably be back to purchase some of their fine jewelry.
As far as the watch repair goes, it was also amazing. My watch was resized on the spot and the batteries were replaced very quickly. Angel did my watch work and is such a superstar! Extremely nice, polite, and professional.
I will recommend this place to my friends and will be back for future repairs and/​or purchases.

Awesome jewelry shop. I bought myself and my wife’s wedding ring from here. The customer service was on point. They weren’t pushy and suggested designs based on what we want. I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry for the Mrs.

I went to The Jewelry Box while shopping for an engagement ring. I am so glad I stopped in. Tony, the owner, did not try to lead me to what he wanted to sell, but rather asked questions on exactly what I had in mind. He was then able to take my budget and give me the highest quality for that price. My fiancé LOVED it and it became the ring to beat among her girlfriends. The best part, I had it appraised to insure it and it appraised for more than double what I paid!

This place is great to get anything you might be looking for. I walked in a few months ago looking to get an anniversary ring for my wife and the guys there were great. I told them the look that I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and there were no problems. They told me that the company manufactured and designed their own stuff so they pretty much got me exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Went to the mall just to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off and sure enough nobody could match the price. Definitely will keep coming here from now on.
