Once again, Chuck Gabriels represented us in our most recent home purchase in December 2015. We cannot overestimate the value of having a strong Buyer’s Agent.
Chuck helped us negotiate a sales contract well under asking price and understood our personal philosophy of never bidding on a property. Chuck personally negotiated our preferred escrow office choice and ensured that all parties involved met their deadlines, a critical issue when closing so close to the holidays.
If that were not enough, Chuck went the extra 15 miles — literally — to personally test commuter routes from our new home to Santa Monica prior to initiating a sales contract to ensure that my wife would be ok with her new commute. He did this at 6AM on his own time despite having other clients who were also closing and dealing with the new loan processing regulatory drama. Chuck climbed fences to get to lock boxes, scaled roof tops to inspect for potential damage, and opened up electrical panels to make sure that the properties we were considering were good purchases.
Lastly, Chuck was patient with us both during the entire process. Buying a house in today’s market can be stressful and can be taxing on the best of marriages.

This was an excellent experience. Chuck Does not give up. I had a specific goal in mind i wanted champagne on a beer budget. He put in an overwhelming amount of 15 hours days to help me accomplish this. Honestly, I had lost hope that what I was trying to pull off was even possible after 3 months of searching. Chuck never gives up though and he found the right fit for me and advised me honestly when he thought something was not a good deal or in a poor area. He is the kind of guy that will argue with you to protect you from your self and settling with something he and you both know you don’t really want.
If I had to describe Chuck in one word it would be integrity, when he makes you a promise it is as good as gold. If he says he’ll call you can be damned sure he will call. If you tell him you will call him he Will be sure to be available. He’s got that old school personal touch, He like to call you and talk to you on the phone every step of the way to explain the process.
