After reading the review by Fdcbww F. and in consideration of the convenience of the location i mentally prepared myself for storing my boat. I have stored my boat at many different locations over the years and its not that big a deal to get it registered and parked. It was a hassle here, but it was also kind of funny. The manager went over all the paperwork and that took a while, then when it was time to pay, I find out they don’t take credit cards. Had to go to bank and get a money order. A hassle, but hilarious at the same time. Only a temporary situation, and it will work for now. Will start looking for a better place in a couple of months.

The location is ideal being in Arcadia and nearby to Monrovia, Duarte, and El Monte. They are money suckers and have no regard for you or the fact that you are giving them business. In some businesses, you find good customer service, you will not find this here. Be careful of the contract and understand it fully. Read the fine print in their contract as they tack on a whole bunch of fees for mailing letters, etc. Because they tend to have poor customer relations and are pricey, they are good at having available units. They get fewer customers than some of the other nicer places, but this is great for those of us who need storage on demand here and there. The older gent is a grouch at the front desk but harmless, the gal smiles but is a pest.
