Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing

I also used a Living Social «deal»… The guy who did the job was alright in demeanor but I would have rather paid full price and get the job done properly than to have the tub still look crème/​only 2 shades brighter/​with a slight ring still visible that I hadn’t noticed the 3 months I’d been living here. Almost seems like that ring became more visible after he left… Super odd… I was told by a contractor that when I’m ready to resurface my other bathtub, to ensure the tub is bleached as much as possible beforehand. That would’ve helped a lot, especially since the instructions given to me but he company never said that. Shrug… I got what I paid for. Without the LS «deal», at full price, it would’ve been a rip-​off.

Wow! What a great alternative to buying new countertops, and these people know what they are doing!
We just remodeled our master bathroom. One of our vanities is a custom size, so to make sure that the colors matched, we’d have to order both as custom. VERY PRICEY! Custom Tub and Tile offered reasonable pricing, fast service, and quality work. Carlos Fuentes did an amazing job, and kept me completely informed about the work he did, and the care of the countertops. He’s responsible for these five stars!

For those that have followed my story from the beginning here is my update. I can not say enough about the customer service I have received since my first review. Chris has been wonderful to work with. I had to contact Chris in January because I had the shower glass replaced which cause damage to the great work that Dennis did on the refinish. This was no fault of the company or the work that was done but when the old frame was removed it damaged the finish right where it connected. Working with Chris I was able to have Dennis come back and not only fix but redo the pan. For anyone looking for a bathroom remodel from anything to refinishing to new tile but want to work with a smaller company where you will not only be heard but feel valued this is it. I will try to upload pictures of my pan refinish soon. Thank you Thank you Thank you to Chris and his team for helping make my experience great and bathroom looking brand new again. I am sure I will be back in the future for new projects.

Chris and Custom Tub and Tile are every bit the quality company they claim. Speaking to the woman in their office and having them on time and hard working really made our day. The end result was far beyond our expectations. My only complaint is we have no more bathtubs for them to work on. Would recommend them every time.

We found out about custom tub and tile from a livingsocial deal, which I am usually skeptical about with contractors. They squeeze on the price somewhere else or are so inundated with calls that they never answer or come out. However, this wasn’t the case at all with this company. They exceeded our expectations in every way.
We were doing a major job, much more than just refinishing a tub. It was a poor family with our church that had let two bathrooms fall into complete disrepair and mold. The grout was bad, wall was bad, leaky plumbing, etc. The only thing this company couldn’t do was the actual plumbing.
After starting, the corroded handles and faucet were breaking so they went and got one that night and put it in the next morning for a really good added price. Overall, the price was better than our other estimates. They were friendly and quick, and easy to make payments over the phone with a credit card. Only a third is needed for the deposit.
I plan on using them again for any bathroom related items!
