This used to be my go-to gas station as it was on the way to work. I used to fill up here regularly(even though it’s much cheaper across the street at the Arco). I was refused air/water today by the attendant, Nayelly. It was 530am and quiet. As a service station, your job is to provide service. I will NEVER give them any of my money ever again. I drove to the Shell station a block away and was given air/water even without a purchase. They will be getting my business from now on.

Has your car ever died in the car wash? Mine did, and it lived to tell about it. This location was nice enough to have the cashier to come and see if he could fix my car, place orange traffic detour cones, make sure I was safe inside my car as I waited for Triple AAA, and smile at the same time. No one was crabbing to get into the car wash, Even when the cashier was shouting at the store clerk putting away freezer goods over a loud fan, and she misunderstood thinking I had died in my car, everyone was quite professional and pleasant about the ordeal. Two customers were even in the store, before my car died, and sharing the thrills of the day like good buddies, even though they are customers. I think that is America ought to be, and this location makes me proud to be an American.
