My husband and I took our jeep Cherokee xj in to get a tow hitch installed. My husband made the appointment online, and we got a $ 10 discount. I think the owners name was James — he called to verify our appointment. We originally made the appointment for 7am but he let us know the part wouldn’t be there until 11, so we came in at noon. He was very very nice and only took a few hours. He showed us everything he did when we picked up the jeep. We went here because my husbands dad went there before, but I would go again just for the amazing customer service. The owner was so sweet and friendly. The work done was great as well!!!
