I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience at Mattress Discounters. The manager, Ron, helped us. He was very patient and knowledgable and quickly realized we were looking for a memory foam mattress on a budget. He showed us about ten and let us try them out as many times as we needed. He offered us a great price and free delivery for a mattress we loved. He even was able to give us free memory foam pillows and let us spend 20 minutes trying them all out. I’m definitely excited about getting our new bed but I feel even better about it after our experience here. A+ for Ron! Me and my fiancé went to Mattress Discounters two times. First time we stopped a salesman and the manager greeted us. We were at first looking for a two sided mattress. The salesman esplained to us how a one sided mattress is just as good as a two sided and cheap.(they didn’t have two sided mattresses). The salesman showed us around having us lay on different mattresses He had us lay on the most exspenive, to the best affordable in are price range. Then the salesman and manager figured out the price of the mattress and offer free shipping. They gave us a card with the type of mattress, price, and free shipping writen on it. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly.
The 2^nd time we went in to but the mattress and box spring. There was one salesman there, not the ones that were there the first visit. We gave him the card and we started doing the paper work. He offered us some things like a protective cover, split box springs, and low profile box springs. We got the split box springs so it could fit in are house. This salesman was also very friendly. The price came out a little higher because of the split box springs. Wish they would have said something the first time but no big deal. Two days later they delievered the mattress and box springs with no problems.
We stopped at a couple different mattress stores. We choose Mattress Discounters because they had the most comfortable mattress in are price range. The friendly service helped also.
