My children and I placed an order in person for their grandmother’s funerall. The arrangement was never delivered nor were the graveside roses. One last straw to have everyone in tears on an already difficult day. No apology and it took some time to get our money back from these utterly incompetent folks in Monroeville. Terrible experience. I wish we could rate this place minus stars.

I ordered flowers on Monday online for Valentine’s Day. Got the electronic confirmation that everything was fine and ordered. By 5 pm on Valentine’s Day, no flowers. I called to find out what was up and gave them my order number. I was told not to worry because it can take up until 9:30 pm to deliver to residential neighborhoods. At 9:30, still no flowers. I called again. I was told then that there was a question about my order and that they called and emailed me Monday or Tuesday. I checked my phone and email records, and there was no indication that they had tried to contact me at all. So here I am on Valentine’s day with no flowers for my wife and empty excuses from the person on the phone. All I got was a half hearted I’m sorry but they couldn’t help me. DO NOT USE THISS SITE and DO NOT USE JOHNSTON the FLORIST if you want reliable customer service.
