I went to BJs and saw the kiosk days after my iphone 4s croaked for good. Had a few questions and Craig, the manager at this shop, was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy going, I walked away with a droid! They were pretty busy (as youd imagine such a reputable company to be) but still super attentive to every question and concern I had. I am incredibly excited about my google phone and owe it to Craig for being the catalyst to turning that leaf.

Leon helped me and was polite. The store is clean and organized. My problem was a plaque that told customers there would be a 1000 dollar fee for being grouchy, irritable, or just mean. I do not feel this should be displayed by a company that feels highly for customer service.
