Ate here for a rehearsal dinner at it was great. We had a large party(around 40), but the wait staff was still quick and helpful. The food was great. I ordered the scallops and it was amazing! My boyfriend ordered the duck breast, and even though I’m not a duck person, I thought it was pretty good. He loved it. Great Italian food, and I’d go back if I was in the area.

Great place for events and a nice traditional Italian dinner. Owner and managers are very accommodating when planning a a larger gathering. The buffet is always plentiful and no one ever leaves hungry.

Roberto’s has always been a family classic for me but mostly because it will suit the needs of all your old family member’s dietary restrictions. We’ve had Easter buffet here(good), we’ve had funeral services here, we’ve had dates here, etc. they are RELIABLE and classic food. I don’t think there’s anything at all I’d write home about but if you need a classic place for a business meeting or for your mom’s elderly chess club, come here.

Delicious o! Complete enjoyment, antipasto for 2 amazing and filling. Service very pleasant and knowledge full. Kids enjoyed the pizza, mom and dad enjoyed the eggplant parm so cripy and perfectly cooked delicious sauce. Would come by again if in the area.

Food was excellent! Too bad we were told you usually cannot order from bar menu unless you were in the bar but they made an exception, seriously ordering food is ordering food no matter where you sit!

We have been going here for years and have never had a disappointing meal. They’ve had most of the same professional well dressed friendly wait staff for a long time which means it’s well managed. They pay attention to details like the complimentary broccoli bread, biscotti with your cappuccino, and mints with your check. You immediately get water and bread when you sit down and drinks and food come fast. I love their Bronzino and veal dishes. The Garden room has overhead music and creates a nice atmosphere.

Amazing food and great quality! Customer service is pretty good and overall the place is very nice and clean. The salmon and seafood is very fresh and they use good sized portions. If you’re looking to get desert, the tiramisu is amazing!

My wife and I were in the Monroe area on 11÷20÷15 and were looking for a place to eat dinner. Once again I opened my trusty Unilocal app and looked to see what was in the area. I saw that Roberto’s was close by and had gotten good reviews. We got there around 6:30PM, walked in, and saw that the bar area was very busy but the dining room was still available. We sat in a booth and out waitress promptly came to take our drink order. While we waited for our drinks we looked over the menu. Our waitress cam back with our drinks, bread and two slices of broccoli bread, which we enjoyed, and we placed our order. We chose the hot appetizer for two, we both shared a Caesar salad. For our main courses, I had the Vitello Capricciosa, and my wife had the Veal Parmigiana. The hot appetizer for two consisted of fried calamari, clams casino, grilled shrimp and fried mozzarella. The fried calamari and the clams casino were good. The fried mozzarella was made a little differently. It was two pieces of bread with mozzarella in the middle, breaded and deep fried. It was just ok for me. The star of the plate were the juicy grilled shrimp, cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the marinara sauce too. Not tart and not too sweet. The Caesar salad had fresh romaine lettuce and a nice coating of dressing on it. The dressing was homemade but it was missing something and it tasted a lot of mayonnaise. Maybe more anchovies and/or garlic? Admittedly, I am very picky when it comes to Caesar salad but when it is homemade I have even higher expectations. My wife really enjoyed her veal parmigiana. It was a good size portion with a side of ziti. The sauce, again was good and the pasta cooked nicely. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my veal. It was a very thin piece of veal that was breaded and fried with an arugula salad on top with a side of roasted potatoes. The veal was very dry and bland, it needed seasoning. My potatoes were also dry, and again had no seasonings which made it bland. I think that when you bread and fry a thin piece of veal you need a sauce on it or it will just be dry. Finally, service was good throughout our meal. If I go back again I would probably try another dish.

Roberto’s restaurant has been around for decades. A well-established restaurant with a large catering business running in parallel. Some meals are hit and miss the eggplant parmesan one time with just awful. The menu has been condensed to offer a smaller variety of fish chicken and seafood. Steaks and the prime rib specials are good. Hope this establishment does not slip further. Overall I would remain recommend Roberto’s 3 ¼ Stars.

[This review is for a catered event.] This was a nice little space, if not overly average. The food was good — not great, and the room was a typical banquet hall. BUT the wait staff really knocked it out of the park — everyone was so lovely, friendly, and willing to help. Kudos to them!

Robertos has the best service and great food! I had my fathers memorial brunch on a Sunday we had originally 65 people but 75 showed and the staff was ready and able to take care of our party. I have been there for many events and they always have great food and great service. My mom was also very happy with the quality of food and service as were our guests! Thank You to The Owner and the staff for making this very special for my family!

This place serves solid Italian food. Right away they start you out with drinks/cocktails and all of the wait and bar staff is very attentive to their customers. The warm broccoli bread is a nice touch and quite tasty. Their menu has a nice selection, but I went with my old favorite, pasta alla vodka and it did not disappoint. In fact, it was one of the better dishes I’ve had in some time. Next time I’m in the area, I will make it a point to stop in again.

Meal was awesome!!! Service was great and even had a visit from the owner who wanted to know how the meal was. We had the homemade Gnocchi that are truly homemade, nice and light! Complimentary broccoli bread was fantastic and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. My wife and I go to Italy every summer and are picky about our restaurant spots and Roberto’s is a gem!

Amazing food, quiet atmosphere. I’ve never had a bad experience here, though I have had one friend testify he was brought things he hadn’t ordered and then charged for them. Might have been a one-time mistake though. Pasta is al dente which is most important. Best chocolate lava cake, but they don’t always have it.
