Been using Public Storage since May. When I first signed up with them, I was somewhat of a disgruntled customer since they were on the more pricier units in the area, and I was not told I needed to buy insurance for $ 15 a month during my quote. However, I will give a 4 star review because I enjoy how they have carts by the door, and because Darlene at the front desk today was very personable. Great option for someone who is looking more for month to month instead of a more long term unit.

Made a reservation to store a boat at this facility — received a nasty call from someone Friday night 01⁄18 — was supposed to move in 01⁄19 — never received a phone call back — Called gain Saturday still no call back…(wanted to make sure that facility was secure) monthly rent was supposed to be 131.00 w/​first month free — now my reservation is gone and the same space is over $ 300 — little bait and switch? Not happy… no way I was going all the way up to Mooresville, NC and to show up with a 35 foot boat, just to be told that it wasn’t available or that there was no access. etc…
