Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut has terrible delivery times and customer service… Out of my 4 times ordering from them I’ve only had one good experience

We ordered from our hotel for delivery — pizza was 40 minutes late so it was cold. No cheese, pepper flakes, napkins or plates. We also ordered wings and they were mediocre at best. Very disappointing.

Pizza Hut food is usually good.
This rant is in hopes someone with management will read and take action.
I ordered two items to go. I didn’t inspect before leaving. I did ask the counter employee if it was what I ordered, and she said yes. NOT! Got home and order was wrong. I called the restaurant manager and she told me that if I would remind her when I come back she would take care of it. Like I’ll come back to this restaurant. The better Pizza Hut is about one mile away.
This also one of the nastiest looking restaurants I have been in in years. It is very old and dated. The ceiling needs repair, the sneeze guard over the buffet was dirty/​nasty. It had a 97 health rating posted, but your guess is as good as mine. PIZZA HUT !! TEAR IT AND REBUILD !!
Your product is good; but, someone needs to inspect this location. Thanks.
