Nebrasky came fout or my annual AC servicing. Showed up right on time and got the job done on a timely basis.

Plumber was named John. Such a nice man. Knew his stuff. He thinks the internal knob was ONLY the problem. The service people from last night called back immediately. Talked me through how to turn off all the water valves and promised at 7AM I would get a call to get someone over in the morning. They called at 7AM as promised and guy was here by 8:30AM! Awesome customer service

Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling provides excellent service that begins with the person that answers the telephone when I call to schedule my appointment. The office staff are polite, friendly and accommodating to my scheduling needs. This attitude is mirrored by the technicians that come to my house, beginning with the blue booties they cover their shoes with prior to entering my home. They listen attentively to whatever my issue is, and then attend to the matter with expert care. My most recent visit was for air conditioning service. Charlett completed the service that required her to use a ladder to climb into my attic, a most unpleasant experience for someone, yet she did so very efficiently and effectively. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

I was very disappointed with the overall service from beginning to the end. When I called the office for an appointment they were very rude and short with me. That was a red flag and was my fault for continuing to make an appointment … Not only was I over charged the problem was never fixed!!! My advise to everyone DO NOT use them find someone else or fix it yourself!!!

OverJOYED!!! I love that there is a plumber out there who I can count on to be ON TIME, to the job RIGHT, and to treat me with professionalism and courtesy. Dominic is in a class by himself as a GREAT professional.
