McMullin Dental Care

Dr. McMullen takes care of me. She is honest and handles my anxiety to my great satisfaction. Dr. M is patient, kind, compassionate… I am a dental coward and textbook high anxiety patient. Dr. M works at a a pace that works for BOTH of us… whether its my insanely crazy work schedules or my fear of oral pain. Dr. M and every member of her staff, is warm, friendly, very caring and never judgmental. I know well in advance of the costs including out of pocket, so there are no surprises. Dr. McMullen gives me options before I ask for them… and the final decision is always mine. She advises me too, of the consequences and or rewards of these decisions. After receiving a couple messages from employees of McMullin about my review I wanted to clarify. I felt $ 90 was overpriced compared to the dentist I went to the next day. The other office charged me $ 110 for a full set of mouth xrays, an exam, and a cleaning. McMullin only did a single xray and exam which resulted in a non diagnosis. The other dentist was able to accurately diagnose my issue within minutes of seeing me. I came back for my follow up visit and everything has been fine since. I am pain free. I wouldn’t pay my mechanic $ 90 to tell me whats wrong with my car and let him tell me he doesn’t know whats wrong. This is how I felt with the McMullin office. I paid them to diagnose my toothache and as I said in my first review I was told it could be shingles and might not have anything to do with my tooth and she was unsure if I even needed any dental work. Where does that leave me? With a toothache and an empty wallet.
