Hit this Mickey D’s up pretty regular, just because they are NEVER busy. Usually quick in & out? Seems to be the forgotten location in Monroe, especially since all the outlets closed?

One thing I have always been confident about with McDonalds was consistency. That thought was shattered when we visited this past Friday. The first thing I noticed was an odd smell as we walked in. There was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant at 5pm. The floors were absolutely filthy with paper and dried sticky(soda) everywhere. It’s like the floor has not been washed in days as evidenced by of the dried soda. Almost every ‘clean’ table had similar sticky on them. I stood at the counter and it was almost five minutes before a cashier even acknowledged our presence. The staff(and there were a lot of them) all seemed to be in slow motion– or in «another world» — they must have been because there is no way any of them, from a slight glance to the left, would possibly miss the filthy eating and fountain area. The self-serve fountain was a total mess. There was spilled soda all over the counter. Still waiting for our order, a man walked in and started complaining that he was waiting for over 20 minutes for his French fries. I looked past the counter into the prep area. There was food(mainly French fries) all over the floor underneath the fryer. I ordered one of their new«steak» type premium burgers and was not able to eat even the first bite. One of the most horrible burgers I ever attempted to eat, meat was undercooked, mushrooms tasted like they were grown on the side of a toilet. My son could barely eat his Filth-lay-O-Fish. Then there was the trip to the bathroom. Need I say more? There is no question that the inmates are running the asylum and there is no management at that location. One more thing. My four-year-old wanted to go into the play area. The area was as bad, even worse perhaps, than the main dining area. He was disappointed when I would not let him even enter the area. I hope corporate McDonalds reads these reviews. That location is a very bad stain on the Mickey D’s brand. There is something seriously wrong at this location…

30 minutes thru the drive thru. Yelled the order to the front. Then at pickup window asked our order 4 times. After 25 minutes parked us. Went inside to get the rest of our order. They had all the orders on the counter trying to figure things out. Would not go back here.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles and no onions. Got a single quarter pounder with pickles and onions. Don’t worry though, they still charged me for a double. My son really enjoyed the Barbie they put in his«boy» happy meal. Also saw an employee walk food out to a parked car twice in the ten minutes it took them to screw up my order. Either they deal drugs out of this particular mcdonalds or they are in dire need of new management. If you’re going north or south on 75, do yourself a favor, go to the next exit.

It’s a McDonalds, so there’s not much to say about the food. However, I don’t think this location gets very busy where it’s located. That’s good in that it’s relatively quiet whenever I’ve been there. That’s bad in that they’re sometimes pretty slow. Food is always fresh, though, relative to McDonald’s food, of course. This location has a 24-hour drive-thru.
