The phrase: «you get what you pay for» and«buyer beware» comes to mind. I’d priced a few places in the area. These guys were about 50% of the others — given I’d bought a 14-year old truck, I was looking for economy repair. While there was some leather repair, my primary objective was get the driver-seat cushioning repaired/replaced so that I didn’t sit slanted. They wanted to see the truck, did so and provided an estimate for full repair. Once they had started the work, so did the excuses. Upon receipt of the truck, while cushioning had been improved, there was still a slant in the in the seat and the leather repair stood out like a sore thumb. I’ve contacted them for resolve and have between told that they’ve done all they can for the cushioning, I would needed to provide new cushioning to them for a better result. Needless to say, I’m porting a stop-loads on this one and going elsewhere — should’ve done that at the time the first excuse was offered.
