Has great lunch specials. Very reasonably priced and great tasting food. I like the Mongolian chicken. But don’t expect them to refill your drink without asking, they never do. And they don’t always open on time.

I’m giving only 2 stars because1) the egg flower soup was delish and very tasty and 2) the chicken Phở was absolutely delish and also very tasty. Now the negatives, for a Monday afternoon about 3pm, the place was dirty, many tables with dirty dishes on them. The condiment holders were filthy, no sugar on the tables. The place is very stark and not welcoming. The combination plate was horrible and tasteless. I left almost a full plate of food and was never asked why. The server, I’m assuming the wife, was not very friendly, seemed rushed to get our order in so she could sit down and finish her meal. We were never asked if everything was okay, she never came back to refill my water glass or check to see if my mom needed more tea. Very dissatisfied. Would only order Phở to go.

My wife and I stopped in today for some dinner, I gotta say the mongolian beef and general tso’s chicken were amazing! Service was fast and friendly, a bit on the fast food side, but still great non the less.
The price was good and the portions were huge! I would say don’t get the tap water though… most of you already know about that…
All in all great, fast, cheap food.

Super mediocre! Large portions but food is ok at best. Save your money and go to Top Wok.

The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. We didn’t think we’d be able to finish it, but we wolfed it down every yummy but of it. Service was fast.
We tried the phở, kung pao chicken and the veg fried rice.

My favorite Chinese place to eat in Monroe. Food is great and the prices can’t be beaten by anyone. My fiancé and I refer to this place as «cheap Chinese». Not because of the quality of the food but because the price is as reasonable as it gets for a large amount of food.

Amazing food! The chow mien is the best I have ever tasted. My husband and I think it’s the best Chinese food around.

Best Mongolian beef in town.

Dedent price and good taste. Their service is great unlike other Chinese restaurant in the town. You should try their hot and sour soup. This is the one of the best hot and sour soup I’ve had.

Awful phở. I’ve never had phở that taste as bad as this. Asked for thit bo vien… got thit heo vien… wtf? Just because I’m Caucasian doesn’t mean I won’t be insulted when you assume I don’t know know the language and don’t know shit about the viet food you’re serving me. I could go on but I’m keeping this review short because it’s barely worth my time to review. However I wish to try and warn others not to go here. You’ll be better off going to the safeway deli for Chinese food. Or ANYWHERE else for phở.

I don’t know if its because im asian but im not a picky one, this place makes panda express taste gourmet. The food here was gross my shrimp and pork had too much batter which was under cooked and was smothered in sauce. Yuck never coming here again sticking to benjarong across the street! Not sure why this place get so many great reviews, id rather get better instant crap from costco. And little ceasars pizza.

My grandkid and I went here on a «yelp» search. It was everything that all the other reviews say. They give you a tone of food and they are quick and quite with their service. The only complaint I would have is just to much breading on things like sweet and sour prok, chicken, etc… but I will go again. Just not to order that.

It’s located in a strip mall. The restaurant has high ceilings with bright flourescent lights so there’s not much ambiance. It’s all about the food. Yummy and flavorful. The menu is extensive enough to satisfy most people. The people behind the counter are friendly. I went back several times for takeout during my brief stay in the area.

This place has improved since the last time I ate here. Very clean, great service! The food is just ok. Your typical Asian restaurant that serves both Chinese and Vietnemese.

This place is great. We were kind of wary at first because it’s located in a strip mall building, but it’s clean and honestly some of the best quality Chinese food I’ve had recently and it always comes out steaming.
My fiancé and I have been getting the D4 combo which includes sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein, Mongolian beef, fried rice and hot & sour soup (but we sub in egg drop). For about 8 bucks we’re both happily stuffed with good Chinese food and usually have a little left over for a small snack. I’ve also had the broccoli beef (my favorite) and it was fantastic. The beef was tender and the broccoli crisp.
Also the service is top notch. One night we walked in about 5 min before closing and they gladly accepted our order, two other walk-​in orders after us and a phone order. I can’t say enough good things about this little place, and I’m glad it’s so close.

When I moved back to Monroe, after being away for several years, I was surprised to find a place that served phở. In this little country town that I have watched grow up, this was an unexpected find. I didn’t think that Monroe was ready for such a thing yet… and that was confirmed after eavesdropping on the conversations between customers and the waitress. A lot of people out here don’t know what phở is, but I’m sure they are catching on.
Of course, I had to give it a try. It turned out to be one of the best bowls of phở I’ve ever had! That was a couple months ago. Today I went back for round two and it was the same great bowl that I hoped for! So it definitely wasn’t a fluke.
The veggies were fresh. The broth was great, and it tasted a little bit different from most places, so the change gave them extra points for sure. The meat to noodles ratio was awesome– lots of meat! The waitress was friendly and service was average speed. The only bad part about my visit today? Well, my fortune told me to ‘Go fly a kite!’ hahah couldn’t believe it. Totally caught off guard, it was pretty funny.
If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend Fortune Valley.

DELICIOUS. This place is awesome. I am SO happy they are in town! You simply cannot beat this place for the price-​point, variety, and amazing freshness of their dishes. It is the best take-​out Chinese food I have ever had! (And I have been a Chinese take-​out fan for 15 years. :) We love the General Tsao’s Chicken, Mu-​Shu Shrimp, Egg Foo Young, Beef with String Beans, etc etc etc! Generous portions make feeding my family of four easy while keeping to a frugal budget. The owner is very courteous and always remembers me… (The only day they are closed is Tuesdays.)

Very clean place, gigantic servings so Two eat enough with one. Excelent to share in group.
Bit slow service but worth it for a every day dinner that dosnt cost more than 15 for two. I always call ahead if I know what I want to avoid the wait.
The owner is super friendly guy always smiling. The rest of the girls in the quiet side but still a great place to grab and go dinner.
The phoo variety is good and also the Spring rolls well done.
General Tso chicken is great as well as their Curry beef.
The perfect place for those nights that you want a flavorful dinner but you don’t feel like cooking and don’t want to spend lots of money.
