When I was experiencing a skin condition I went here to have it diagnosed since it is the closest dermatology office around. The appointment went ok and the dermatologist answered all my questions about my condition and the other random concerns that I had about my skin. I was diagnosed with a recurring skin condition and received a prescription for it which cleared it up for the time being. When the condition came back I was again diagnosed with the same thing and was told by the doctor to just call back to get my prescription refilled. Well, now that my condition is back over a year later that offer has expired and after leaving two refill request voicemails that went unanswered and visiting the office I was finally told after calling back that I would have to make another appointment to receive any more oral prescriptions. Although I can somewhat understand this logic my skin condition is something that comes back over time and is unmistakable. I’m not an idiot and know what the condition looks like so why should I have to pay nearly $ 100 again just so I can diagnose myself and receive the same prescription, four pills, that I already know will temporarily eliminate the condition I have? I’m not going to, at least not here, and if you have a condition that is also recurring do not count on this office helping you manage it until you pay big bucks again to briefly see the dermatologist and tell them what you already know is wrong with your skin.
