My wife and I evaluated all of the fitness options in the area and Crossfit Tritown won out by a fairly significant margin. I’m happy to report that after three months that we couldn’t be happier with our decision

I started CrossFit not quite knowing what I was getting into, but it didn’t take me long to fall in love with it. The intro courses teach you the basic moves you need to know to get you going, but even once you start attending regular classes, you can scale the workout to your own abilities. The coaches here are great — very attentive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. CF TriTown is great for the community aspect in particular. It’s not like going to your average gym where you put on headphones and work out anonymously. People know your name and everyone works together in a non-competitive way, cheering each other on through the end. What I love most about this place is that when I go to a class in a bad mood, I leave in a good mood. And if I go in a good mood, I leave in an even better mood. If you’re considering CrossFit, do yourself a favor and check CFT out.

This is where i started crossfit. It was not intimidating at all. I’ve heard some other one’s can be really scary for a beginner. The members seem to be equal men and women. Maybe even more women and everyone is so helpful and encouraging toward one another. Theres a real sense of comraderie. It’s pretty expensive but not more than the other crossfit gyms in the area. It’s smaller and more intimite and just lots of fun. I started doing it with some girlfriends and now we’re all hooked!
