My husband has been going to Cornerstone for several years for a chronic problem with allergies and other issues with his nose. In the past, they were able to help him. He had an appointment in Monroe, NC and when he got there, they turned him away saying that we owed them money. 1. I make payments each month to reduce what we owe. 2. My husband & I had each talked with several people up to 2 weeks before his appointment and nothing was mentioned that they wouldn’t see him unless we paid off the account. 3. We have good insurance and are just paying off a little over $ 200 that was not covered on a previous visit. 4. On top of my husband being in pain, now he was humiliated in front of a room full of patients. I can’t imagine running a business this way and when I called to voice my frustration, I was only told sorry that someone didn’t let us know this before. I told her not to worry and we would never return. I do not recommend this facility due to their poor communication and poor business practices.
