Broadley wine is elegance in a bottle; it’s a little hedonistic, actually. I know I’ll be rewarded in the future for putting a padlock on my wine cellar. Producing Pinot Noir only(at least now), they have several styles across a variety of price points. They source from their own vineyard, as well as from a few local vineyards, from the Eola Hills, and from Yamhill-Carlton. Their wine club blending party was amazingly fun. A family-owned, 30-acre vineyard, to meet the Broadleys and to enjoy their wine is not to be missed. They make: Willamette Valley Cuvee(2008) Shea Vineyard(2007) Sunny Mountain(2007, a few miles south of Monroe) Reserve(2007, Willamette Valley blend) Estate(2007, multiple estate blocks) Marcile Lorraine(2007, old vine Pinot, estate) Claudia’s Choice(2007, oldest blocks on the estate) Happy drinking. Happy cellaring.
