The name of the store is B.A.M. and it stands for «Books-​A-​Million». The store is like throw-​back to the old Waldenbooks, with discount books front and center. It has the usual categories like cookbooks and mysteries and a whole kid’s aisle with games and kits as well as books. Prices are good on discount books and overruns, but not much better than Barnes and Noble or Amazon. The place is pretty crowded, but if you are looking for a book in Monroe, this is the place to go!
