You had better make sure you definitely, absolutely want the item you are purchasing because their customer service is not good and their return policy is even worse. First of all they make you pay for return shipping and then they deduct a 20−35% processing fee. I spent $ 28 on the item, paid $ 9 for return shipping and then they refunded me $ 23 for returning an item that was not even opened.

Received a wall calendar planner. Tag on the box indicated it was received at USPS unsealed. The planner was wrinkled and the metal on top and bottom was bent.

VERYDISAPPOINTED. Just as the ‘customer review’ before me stated BUYERBEWARE. I should have listened. They offer one thing and deliver another. I feel hustled. Don’t wast your time. A name change from BestSource to WorstSource is warranted.

so far, im not even remotely impressed. I ordered a 2010 calendar planner and they sent me a 2012 calendar. The phone number is disconnected and as of three days ago, they havent responded to either one of the two emails.
