Best Little Hair House In Monroe

Throughout high school and college, I was a loyal customer of Best Little Hair House, and Mary always did an incredible job with my cut and color. I recently got married in the Hudson Valley this past September, and several employees of Best Little Hair House did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. They were incredible! They were all amazingly professional, thorough, and produced gorgeous work. Mary is always a joy to work with, and she is extremely talented at what she does. I’d recommend this salon for any and all services, especially if you need something fancy for a special event.

This place will make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Each stylist is very talented and listens to your needs. Everytime I’ve gone here in the past 3 years, I left happy and feeling confident every time. There is a stylist who specializes in everything you might need.

I’ve been here over the course of 1 ½ years and gone through two hair stylists. Both were great! The first one quit and the second one left so I followed her to her new salon.
I don’t go there anymore because I don’t wanna go through another different hair stylist. I want the same person to cut my hair.
I would rather go to George salon or my favorite hair stylist in Florida, NY. They are more personable and friendly.

The first time I went to this salon Mary, the owner, was very gracious and made me feel welcome. My next appointment was this Saturday at 10:00 am, I arrived a couple of minutes early and Mary said hello and went on chatting with her friend. I waited another 5 minutes and she was still chatting with her friend about the real housewives of wherever (does it matter?). After another few minutes of being ignored I got up and left. I went to a nearby salon (By George) and got a fabulous color and cut. Around 11:30 I recieved a voicemail from Mary at Best Little Hair House inquiring why I didn’t show up for my appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was early sitting there waiting for her and she’s so oblivous that she didn’t see me arrive and walk out? Talk about poor customer service.
