I’m all for trying to make a buck or two, but must you really spam people’s home phones to get people to buy your products or to get them to have their systems inspected? I don’t think I will be using this company just for the fact that they have just repeatedly called my home multiple times a day (for almost two weeks) for me to tell them I am not interested. Oh, and they don’t leave messages like normal people –go figure!

HORRIBLE! I took this company up on a summer «AC tune-​up» special to make sure our air conditioning was working at optimal level this summer. We have had no problems with our system, that is UNTIL America’s 1st came out to our home.
Shortly after their first visit, our AC stopped working. They came out to «fix» it. Shortly after it broke again. When I called a different company to come the 3rd time, I showed the invoices and repair explanations to this new technician. They told me that the repairs and costs quoted made NO SENSE. The costs for everything quoted by America’s First were double what other companies were quoting.
So, bit of advice… this company may get you in with their «special price for tune-​ups», but trust me, they will end up getting a whole lot more out of you later! Don’t let them touch your AC units!
