Once again Mr. Deshpande’s agency helped me out at the last minute, with a new home insurance policy. Everyone in the office is lovely and efficient. This time Reina Rauf handled my issue, with a laid-back combination of patience and expertise as she added an umbrella policy as well. This even though the original Allstate office gets credit for the new policy! What is great as well is that they know the community, so Reina was able to advise me based on how others insure their homes. Great people, highly knowledgeable and quick to help.
