First time at this office. Nurse was really nice, understanding and compassionate. Dr. Soliman seemed quiet and did ask alot of questions which was a good thing, but seemed to want me to divulge more info as to what I don’t know. She seemed pleasant and efficient enough. The office staff is okay, one was nice one was grumpy. It happens. Beautiful, Clean office. Since location is perfect they will be my go to dr. Did do some tests on first visit bc it was considered a physical. They do have a set up for medical records, script refills, test results etc via email which was pretty cool no more calling constantly to find out test results n script refills which is good. I also liked the fact that she wasn’t a normal«pill pusher» like most dr. s are these days. That is a big bonus for me. Def. Worth a visit.

I don’t personally see doctors here, just bring the kids I watch, for check ups and shots. Any time we go, it’s always a quick in and out. Probably the first office that Ive experienced this. We literally don’t even sit down in the waiting room before we are taken in. We arrive on time for our appointment and are seen pretty much right away. The front desk staff had our paperwork ready so we went back to the room where the kids waited to get the flu mist. The only reason we had to wait this time was because the kids in the room before were FREAKING out. Took the nurse more time to treat them. When it was our turn, we were in and out. Just dropped paperwork off on the way out and we were done!

Doctors and nurses are fine. But the reception staff is the worst you can EVER find in any doctors office. If you call them they will say«can you hold pls» every time. Even thou’ 3 receptionist are sitting and chatting(as I saw other day while I was waiting in the office). You will see the staff chatting about hair, nails and nail-polish etc all the time and when chatting they will put patient call on hold, then it will be on hold for 15 mins until they finish chatting. If you are a doctor or owner of this facility and reading this.: 1. pls change all your reception staff ASAP and that is a biggest nuisance to your patients right now as they are a big hurdle in reaching doctors and getting appts. 2. It is very hard to get sick appts perhaps for previous stated reasons. 3. The office staff is very rude and not helpful. You will hardly hear a thank you on the phone, since they act as thou’ they are doing a favor to you.
