We’re relatively new to KinderCare but I’ve found the staff to be incredibly patient and very much concerned with the well-being of my son. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a larger center but really have been pleasantly surprised. The food is homemade, the outdoor play area is awesome and the caregivers are attentive and care about what we want as a family, not what they think we need. It’s been a very positive experience for us! As for illness, it’s been my experience that when my child starts a new daycare, they always get sick. It’s how they build immunities – they’re exposed to a whole new set of germs and catching colds ends up being a good thing in the long run. Even though it’s hard to go through it when it’s happening to you. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom and I know how tough it is caring for babies and kids all day. Sometimes, kids refuse to let you wipe their noses!

After two half days at kinder care in Monona WI(that cost 133.00 dollars!) my son became extremely sick, in turn getting me sick. Other babies in the same room(he’s 9mo old now) had snot running down their faces with no one even wiping it up. We dropped him off today just for a few hours and were told since we did not let them know last friday(my girlfriend gets her work schedules on saturdays) that we were not going to have him there for two half days again this week we would have to pay for it anyways… another 133.00 for two hours of baby sitting! HIGHWAYROBBERYPEOPLE! I will be reporting these jerks to the better business bureau. DONOT bring your children here if you care about them at all.
