What a wonderful surprise. Excellent, professional summer theater in Southern Maine. We saw 5 plays in 4 days and all were superbly done. Stoppard, Coward, Shakespeare (Winter’s Tale and Midsummer Night’s Dream) and an adaptation of «Turn of the Screw». All standouts with a repertory cast.
The theater is of an intimate size (and comfortable temperature) in a historic community building (Cumston Hall) that also contains the Monmouth library.
