Hilt construction will give various addresses such as Franklin TOwnship, South bruinswick etc. But they are ALL ONE and the same. CROOKS! They do NOT have a proper license but use someone else’s. They operate under various names and multiple people will walk in and out of your home. Remember: you have the right to decide who can enter your home! They will rip apart walls, wires and floors and not know what to do to correctly complete the work. The city inspector will fail them again and again and then pass him for following minimum required to pass status. (1) ensure a lawyer sees your contract with HILT before you agree to sign up with him (2) ensure a lawyer guides you through each step of the consturction completeness and payment (2) do not every give 100% — township laws require 30% held back till 100% CO certification of occupancy is received — so when the Hilt constuction so-​many-​men ask for money and threaten, they are out of line and breaking the law. NJ laws are strict but if the home owner does not take precautions that the law is helping to protect them with, it is not going to help the homeowner. Homeowners BEWARE of HILT and such corrupt guys masquerading as contractors.
