I would give it a negative star rating if I could. They brag about fast internet but they have the poorest customer service. The system did not work when I tried to reset my password. It did not text or send me a temporary number. The representative hung up when I made a complaint about the service. Or should I say we conveniently got disconnected. I have had chronic problems with their system. When I have had service they are more focused on up selling rather than truly resolving problems. I am about to drop them and do the Netflix Amazon prime combo.
