I always go to this Starbucks, but yesterday’s visit (10⁄30) was probably the worst. I went to the drive thru and ordered the Frappula frappuccino. Was told the blender broke 5 minutes before. So I ordered a caramel macchiato instead. First off, the car in front and behind (looked in mirror) ordered frozen drinks, yet I was told the blender was broken. Just didn’t feel like making this drink? Secondly, worst cup of coffee I ever had there and that’s my go to drink. They literally just have me a cup of hot water with foam. I was already halfway home before I took a sip and noticed. It will be a while before I go back.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever… My drink was okay and the barista who took my order was friendly. The one who made my drink, not so much. I’m a huge supporter of Starbucks and this is the only one in the area (except for in the Target) so it’s not like I won’t be back. Just used to stores that move a lot faster…

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. I used the drive thru & was very impressed with the speed and courtesy of those who handled my order. They treated me like a friend. Most Starbucks get 3 – 4 out of 5 stars in my opinion, but the service here is a definite 5⁄5 stars.

Updating review. The new policy for people to «know your name» is rather interesting — refreshing actually. Triple espresso remains the best deal for me in the morning. Restrooms are always clean and maintained, staff fast and courteous, wi-​fi remains free and fast. Always has people doing «remote office work» in the seating area. Drive through.

The staff is always very friendly and polite! I love how they are always adding new things to the menu and seasonal specials. Today I got a Vanilla Latte and it was perfect and then I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere!

I stopped here for coffee and didn’t know which blend I wanted. When my boyfriend asked the employee who took our order about what a blend tasted like, he described the coffee in great details. I mean details like «Columbian roast with light notes of…» and not just it «tastes bold». I was sold on this place that instant. Here is a person who knows the product he is selling. You don’t see this often at a Starbucks.

Insanely overpriced and always overwhelming in regard to the variety of choices. However, I was happy to find their iced green tea frappé — one their non-​coffee choices — was actually pretty good.
Staff is friendly and the drive-​thru convenient.
Plus they’re right next door to the haircut place I frequent!
