I stayed here for a Dave Matthews concert and can not say enough good things about this hotel! It is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and they have great amenities. I accidentally forgot a pair of shoes at the hotel and they were so nice to ship them to me. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be staying here!

Lovely and quiet hotel. Nice pool and breakfast. Carole and Co. went out of there way to not treat me and my family as guests; but as old friends. Definitely recommend, would stay here again in a heart beat!

Not at all dated as another review suggested. Close to the highway but tucked away in a reasonably good neighborhood and quiet. Newer rooms and furniture and great cable. Good workout facilities with individual TV’s on cardio equipment. Nice, modern indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly. Great restaurants within a mile. Lose a star for hair in the tub and no walkable bars nearby.

I love the location because for being in Moline, Illinois, it is close to all the happening joints in the strip malls nearby. There are also a Panera and Culvers in close proximity for a quick bite. It is also not far to the entertainment district, Walmart. The hotel amenities are nice and the only Marriott at this level that I have been to with social hour with free wine and beers. The lady at the front desk was very personable. She calls you once you’re in your room to make sure everything is satisfactory. Love her! I love staying here. It is nice, no fuss, and newer. The only complaint I have is their maid service. There were two people cleaning rooms and one was a guy. He’s loud and obnoxious when cleaning and when knocking at people’s door. It was like his business was the most important thing. Then, he whistled very loud as he cleaned. The. Whole. Time. Then, the other person who cleans, a woman, knocked on my door equally as loud. Mind you, I put the«do not disturb» sign on the door. I screamed that I was still there. She then screamed back. «Are you checking out???» I was like. None of your business but I said to her that I would but not quite yet. I have asked for a late check out of 12:30. At noon, she knocked again. I rolled my eyes and again I yelled through the door.“still here!” And she answered. «But it’s noon!!» When I walked out, she was sitting on the floor checking her phone by her cart like she was waiting for me to get the hell out. Was my room the only room that needed cleaning? OMG. They just need to train the crew to be pleasant and less disturbing to the guests. I’m sure they do a nice job but that was ridiculous.

I stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. The room was very nice and I was surprised by all the amenities(utensils, dishes, dish soap). Breakfast: GREAT. Eggs, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, lots of pastries. So nice to have a hot breakfast with lots of choices. The gym: I could not for the life of my figure out how to use the TVs on the cardio machines. I was not alone, because I watched other people struggle every night with this too. Oh well. There are a couple treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike. There are a handful of free weights also, but not much room to lift much. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and I’d return in the future. A couple gripes: my room was on the very end next to the stairwell and the stairwell door slammed HARD every time someone went through it. That was irritating. I could also hear a lot of my neighbors’ activities, which is not the best. Earplugs saved the day.

This was the first of the upgraded residence inn’s I’d stayed at and was very pleased with it. Some of the towneplace suites and other locations are starting to look like this one and it is great for marriott overall. Probably stayed here 10 times over a year and was never disappointed. Everything is very nicely designed and new, including the rooms, lobby, gym, etc. The staff is friendly as well. Only stayed in the king mini-suite and it is a perfect size with the kitchen and everything you need. Social hour is a full meal with some beer and wine and desserts, all of which is actually surprisingly tasty. Same goes for the breakfast. Definitely destroys the older marriotts in the area. Only stopped staying because the rate was a little too high for the government rate for some reason.

My stay there was great. The rooms were spacious and the service was great. Full kitchen, comfy bed, great tv. Free breakfast which for my cheap ass is a plus. The only thing I didn’t like was the way the hotel was built. It’s a freaking maze getting around there. Other than great stay!

I was ready to rate this place as a 5-star, but after my first night’s sleep, I was down to 4. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and kind of springy, unfortunately. But everything else was great. This was definitely the most modern and plush Residence Inn I’ve stayed at. Nice plasma TVs, good sheets, pillows, showers, towels, and free daily happy hour with food. They also have a pool, basketball court, and a fire pit as well. You could really have an extended stay here, with fully operable kitchenettes in the rooms as well.

This place is new and tastefully decorated with modern, clean lines. The service was very helpful and friendly, as check-in went quickly and smoothly. Our suite was perfect(two bedrooms); each room had its own large LG flat screen TV. The kitchen area was very clean and well-maintained. While the fitness area was quite small, all of the machines were new. The free continental breakfast was very good(fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, eggs, etc.). I felt like our hotel room was more like a small apartment — almost like home. We will definitely return to the Residence Inn for the next Bix!

Hotel is clean and the rooms are really nice but the internet really SUCKS! I can’t even watch a simple you tube clip… The staff is friendly and the food is okay but the internet is in severe need of some help!!! Please fix the internet!
