Stopped in for breakfast again. It was fantastic. Must have the pancakes. The only problem was my pancakes were not very hot when served, however my wife’s were. Who knows. that’s why 1 star missing

Nice little mom and pop joint. Many breakfast options so there’s something for everyone. It’s a small location, so I was glad that we went early enough to miss the breakfast rush. I had the cinnamon roll French toast and I ate every bite!

Best service in town! Had a grand slam which was HUGE! Very reasonably priced. Pancakes have a hint of sweet, they were fabulous. Tender ham and perfect bacon. Clean and very quick service. We will be back!

This place is awesome! It isn’t huge so sometimes you have to wait for a table but it’s well worth it! The pancakes are amazing as is everything else! I’ve had both breakfast and lunch and both are great! Christina is the best server I’ve ever had and we love getting her! This is my every weekend breakfast stop!

This place is disgusting. I ordered the eggs Benedict and spent the extra 50¢/$ 1 for the cheese and onions. The Hollandaise sauce was broken and cold. The onions were completely raw yellow onion with a Kraft single melted over the top. What kind of restaurant uses Kraft singles in their recipes? Gross!

We just had breakfast at Flips for the first time. The Mexican skillet was very good and reasonably priced.

Great local place for breakfast. We came into town for a concert and we prefer to eat a local places. This was close to our hotel and the food was on point. Fluffy pancakes, crispy hashbrowns, amazing cinnamon rolls and enough food to feed an army. Our server, Joy, was so friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the area, don’t miss Flip’s.

Convenient location. Good diner breakfast choices. Attentive service. Reasonable prices. Clean. Very noisy! Hard to have a conversation. May come back but nothing really distinctive. Lots of other, better options. Worth a try.

Fast friendly outstanding food. Can see the chefs at work. Clean. Quality and quantity equally abundant. I’m in love with Reuben’s and can have for breakfast there. Country fried steak fab as are hbrowns with onion and cheese of course. Every meal has been delish

The wait staff was friendly. The food was solid, with fluffy pancakes and a pretty decent set of other things like skillets eggs bacon sausage etc. it’s definitely not a high-end establishment. More of a greasy spoon.

Our first time visit today and it was great. The food was excellent as was the service. Two of us ordered hash browns and they were cooked perfectly with no grease at all. The pancakes are the best I’ve had in years. It can get a bit noisy due to the acoustics but this is not a good reason to stay away from this great small restaurant.

The waitress was extremely rude, and the owner was rude. who seriously has a credit card service that I can’t write a tip on the receipt like a normal person? The food was ok and 20% more expensive than village inn(which is already expensive) there is another pancake house in town that is hands down worth the service and the food. This place is a flop and I won’t be coming back.

This is my new favorite place for breakfast. I have had a different meal each time and each one was good. Love the waffles. Biscuits and gravy is great too. Eggs cooked perfectly as requested. They offer a nice lunch menu but love breakfast too much to try it. Always had quick service. You can tell the clientele are repeat customers looking for another good meal. Saw a review about the credit card system and agree it’s awkward to be asked at the register if you want to add a tip and then how much to add. I’ve just started leaving money on the table but would suggest they update that system to allow a customer to write a tip on the receipt. Otherwise so far it’s all been a good experience. Nice to have someplace new that isn’t a chain restaurant.

I absolutely love the pancakes. in our group, the French toast had succulent strawberries. The southern breakfast was to die for. The service was outstanding, and my coffee cup was never empty.
