Tim and Karen are an amazing team! I have been using their personal training services for 3 weeks now and I am feeling great! Their styles are different but very complementary. I will try to give an update after a couple of months of training.

This place is very small and for a serious training this is not the place the atmosphere is awful!!! Unless you are obese and embarrassed to work out in front of a lot of people, then this is your place! Go to a Charter or Body Tech for a real gym!
