My wife and I have used Majestic Steam for over 10 years. At first they were good and the price was reasonable. But we were unhappy with the last 2 visits. The odor was terrible for 3 – 4 days afterward. Also, they were unable to get the hallway clean. We are trying a different carpet cleaner tomorrow and will review on Unilocal

They did a pretty good job. I had to reschedule my appt and they were extremely accomodating. Further more, when the team (John & Mark) got here, they were done in no time and it was incredibly reasonable. Would use them again. Update – Okay so here’s the skinny. They are quick and reasonably priced but their ability to remove stains is somewhat limited. (For example, they didn’t get out a spilled Coke spot, which I thought should have been fairly easy.) Additionally, they got out one stain on a chair but then created a new one with I assume the cleaning materials. –not sure how but they did come back and got some but not all of it out. For deep cleaning, I would go with Chem Dry-​they get out everything. However, it’s a longer more involved process and costs more. For a quickie, I’d use Majestic Steam but manage your expectations.
