LA Nails is my all time favorite nail salon! It is the cleanest one I have ever been to. Sam, the owner, is so conscientious and concerned that their patrons have a great experience. They use sterilized and separately packaged clippers, etc for each manicure or pedicure. They even have dedicated employees to clean pedicure bowls after each use!
I highly recommend Sam and her staff!!!

My experience here was nothing to brag about. I had stated that I was a 1st time client and the guy at the front could have cared less. The massage for the pedicure along with the no chip was awful. Both only lasted a week and I should have had everything fixed, but I was so disappointed that I couldn’t step foot into this place again. This place was not worth my time or money.

No chips nails started peeling off the next day. When I could make it back in 2 days later to have the nails fixed, there was no hurry to help me out. It became a long wait, they told me they were too busy. I asked for my money back since I was made to feel like an inconvenience. They would not give my money back. Busy holiday week for me too, I had not planned to have to get my nails done twice in less than a week. I never had a problem with no chip before, it was also more expensive than what I normally pay in California.

Best salon to get nails done. The staffs are friendly and professional. Everyone there speaks good English /​understands you. They listen to you and always put the customer first. The salon is nice and clean. My nochip lasts over 3 weeks. They have a ton of colors to choose from for nochip manicure. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve gone to so many different nail salons through the Chicagoland area and suburbs and the best one is LA Nails. I moved to Downers Grove and I still travel there to get my manicure and pedicure. They are extremely nice even when they’re crazy busy. One time, I messed up my nail while I let the polish dry and they were nice enough to redo the nail.

LA Nails is great! They do a great job on mine and my mom’s nails every time we go in. The workers always do their best to make sure their customer is satisfied with their nails before they leave. The shop is very clean and has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredible and can always get me in even when they’re very busy!
