I have been dropping off packages here because of a part time at home job I’m doing for a friend. I was a bit grumbly to have to drive over but really it’s been a pleasure.
No matter who is working they are very pleasant and even taped up an envelope I was just dropping off.
It’s never a pleasure to get out of your car in the cold of Chicago during the winter. But at least when I do there is a smiling face ready to take my package.

Ok, diverted a package here and thought all would be good. As fo a package delievered they did and that is why they got 2 stars.
Lets talk about the staff. Called on the day we thought they would deliever and were told packages come in at all times there is no way to tell when the last shipment would come in. only later after much labotr to get it out of him that if they didn’t have it by 1900 it wasn’t going to be there that night.
Had a mesage the next morning the package had arrived the night before and wasn’t a pleasant message, seemed as if they were inconvienced. Ya got me.
not much enthusiasm of the staff and really a dry and unappreciated transaction.

Had some issues with my computer and had to ship it back to manufacturer. I was supplied FedEx shipping information by email. I could print or just show it on my phone. With the computer being sick printing was not an option. I arrived at the store and said I have a shipment. Unfortunately they were having issues getting the information from my phone and I even emailed them the info. Jenn was a peach, she said please leave the package and I will get this issue fixed. I will call with tracking information. By the time I left and got home she called problem fixed, package shipping were is the tracking. Great service and follow up.

This place is the size of a postage stamp inside. As I was gathering my paperwork to fax out, there was a heated argument about the state of the union and how corrupt our politicians are? O.K. Now fax my stuff so I can leave. The store just looked messy and disorganized. And their prices are overboard.
