Pizza Hut

Pizza was not very good and salad bar had limited items and pizza buffet kept running out of pizza. Not coming back.

Unfortunately this is a very disappointing Pizza Hut.
I order two pizzas and two sets of wings. The pizzas were terrible, no taste and paper thin. I’ve never seen anything like it. The wings were bone dry, I mean literally dry, chewy and no sauce. Half of them were uncoated and you could see the chicken breading.
I’ve been to other pizza huts and Domino’s and this place is at the bottom of the list. They are also pricey and do not honor all coupons. I’d rather go to Domino’s down route 6 for cheap fast pizza.

I received coupons via text and you need to use them on the website. Coupon wasn’t working when I went to order. When I went to the store to pick up the food I showed the girl at the counter my coupon and explained it wouldn’t connect to my order. She went and got the owner Mr Patel who said he wouldn’t honor the coupon and he doesn’t have to. Another time the pizza looked like it was a day old and when I showed him what the pizza looked like, he said there is nothing wrong with it and if I didn’t like it, I could just leave. Didn’t offer a refund. I order food from everywhere in the area and never complained or returned anything but this place is gross and the owner is the biggest ahole! It was crowded when it first opened and now no one really goes here… obvious why…

Employees were very nice when serving. Offered us the deals and discounts when asked. Busy when we visited but service of food was fast.
Liked the food as well and yogurt next door, owned by same people, is great for desert!
Will go back again!

I’ve been to this location twice. First time, 2 of my party had bad reactions to their meals.
The second time, our party walked out before we even ordered. There was one other customer in the dining area, and we dat waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take our order.
The menus we were given when seated were filthy. Super greasy with bits of food and sticky beverage stains inside and out. They were so grody, we hesitated to keep flipping through them. Seriously– your menus are the first thing customers come into contact with once they sit. They shouldn’t be grossed out by touching them! Not gonna trust your food prep standards.
That, coupled with the long wait to have our orders taken, we decided to take as a sign. We grabbed our coats and got the heck out of there!

We went here for dinner and ordered the dinner for two special. When we went to the salad bar one bowl of lettuce was empty the other bowl of lettuce was 90% brown. We were going to have just vegetables but the Broccoli was brown, the cucumbers were brown-​ish, and the celery and carrots were less than desirable. We said something to the waitress to which she said a new plate of salad was going to be brought out. Long story short we did not have the salad bar. Then our pizza was just cooked not hot all over. We didn’t say anything about the pizza as our visit became more about finally eating something because we were starving and getting out of there. The waiter said that he could not adjust the bill for the salad bar because we got a meal deal. Later he came back and told us he gave us our breadsticks (which is part of the meal). Was this adjusting the bill? The bill was never adjusted. Needless to say we won’t go here again.

I go here for the wings on Wednesdays from time to time. They are greatly discounted, but only if you say you want the Wings Wednesday price. This is not advertised anywhere, which is sort of shady. I only found out when I asked what ever happened to their Wings Wednesday deal. No matter how far in advance I order, there is always a long wait when I arrive at a time the place is empty.

I ordered a pizza here at 8:28PM and at 8:31PM, I canceled the order. If this was an issue, I would have allowed them to still deliver the pizza but they said ok it’s fine. 5 minutes later, I get a call from a man with a thick accent that called me a f*cking b*tch, to me never to order from there again and then followed up by telling me to go f*ck myself. So yeah — I’ll let you decide whether or not you want to visit this location that employs former mental asylum patients and prison inmates.

Went to go to IHOP which was next door wait was to long so we went into pizza hut for the buffet and wow was it great service was great pizzas kept coming out waitress was so attentive what a great surprise

One of the best Pizza Hut’s in the franchise! The management is excellent combined with friendly, capable, and thoughtful staff! This particular Pizza Hut is easily one of my favorite places to eat in the area!

We got burned pizza 2x’s in a row from them. We called to let them know… the manager could care less and said there was nothing he could do… really? … I sent an email to PH corporate w/​a complaint about the manager, they said the store would contact us withing 3 days… haven’t heard a thing… that was weeks ago. Won’t be going back…

ordered 2 bowls of soup to go. first they came in aluminum tins (i noted to the owner that i never saw soup in this kind of tin that usually a side of spaghetti comes in? He told me it keeps it warmer than a container. We’ll I got home and it was lukewarm and the portion filled a half of a small bowl? I would never order soup from this place again. total disappointment with the portion.

NEW BUSINESS: NEEDS TO WORK OUT KINKS.
Service still needs help, but given time, they’ll do just fine. On a recent weekday evening visit, the place was bustling, which is a good sign as people in the area are excited about this (and two other adjoining eateries) addition to the busy Route 6 corridor.
Décor is great, but ambiance is noisy due to the height of the ceiling. There’s a bit of a tight squeeze near the front door as people are both coming into the restaurant as well as paying on their way out.
Staff is very friendly and willing to get your order going as soon as possible, but with the new kinks not having been worked out yet, you should allow the staff some time and yourself some patience.
We ordered a pan pizza and two personal pizzas for the kids. The pan pizza was delivered immediately but this was due to a mix-​up in staff communication. The kids’ pizzas took almost thirty minutes to arrive. Both tasted great and we were all satisfied, however there is definitely something lacking in the flavor compared to the Pizza Hut in Pleasantville … Pleasantville pans are maybe «greasier,» thus making the pizzas more flavorful? Then again, they’ve been around for over thirty years.
Give this location a chance and they’ll be around for a long time.

This is a new business; it is attached to a TCBY — owned by the same family.
Unfortunately, I’ve had much better pizza in other Pizza Huts. The wait staff was disorganized and seemed clueless. While I’d allow for inexperience, the 40 minute wait was unacceptable and the quality of the pizza was fair at best.
We were excited to get this new business in the area, but disappointed with the service and food.
We’ll give this one more try in a few weeks to see if they’ve worked out the bugs; otherwise there are a lot of really good pizza restaurants in the area.
