This is a pretty decent Old Navy location. The lines, like any Old Navy get extremely long, but I do feel like the cashiers get through it quickly. During holiday rushes(Black Friday, post-Christmas sales), there are always 5+ cashiers at the registers. I can’t really speak to regular shopping times because I don’t go here then. The changing rooms are in the middle, which is s little weird, but that’s par for the course at many Old Navys these days. I don’t like that the clearance section is in the front by the jewelry. It gets messy very quickly and looks sloppy, and then the jewelry + long lines + clearance items + weird boxes and racks of stuff next to the long lines gets hard to navigate. My biggest complaint is that the store seems to be very bare lately. And even though a bunch of tables or racks will be empty, everything is still a mess. 2.5 stars.

I went into this store expecting to find Navy uniforms that were a bit outdated. The merchandize they offered was nothing of the sort.

Typical Old Navy. Usually messy. Easy to navigate around. Love their kids dept! I wish they would make better quality… Love their flip flops but I hate where it hits me under my foot(uncomfortable walking on plastic bumps)

The store is either way too messy or almost totally empty. They moved the changing area to the middle of the store, which is really awkward. It was better when the changing rooms were in the back. Be sure to check the tags on the clothes and don’t go by the sizes on the hangers — all too often I’ve purchased the wrong size because they put the wrong clothes on the wrong hanger. Also, their sizing is a joke. Two of the same exact pairs of jeans in different colors will fit completely differently. This is more the fault of the company than the location itself, but I felt it worth mentioning. Too bad the Gap is so expensive.
