I’ve been dealing with U-Haul since the 1980’s they have always gone the extra mile in service, Last year, I had a hitch n wiring put on my Van for my Medical Scooter Lift. I had a problem this year with the wiring, I took it back last week cuz my license plate light was the not on the tech(Fabian) he didn’t mount the wiring to the hitch he stuffed it inside the paneling in the back of the Van, note, I have never had to question U-Haul when they have installed a hitch n wiring they r professionals n, I have had several hitches n wiring install.(Fabian) had a poor attitude last year he would be arguementive n rude. Well when, I took it in last week the Owner said immediately when he saw my hitch he said this is UNEXCEPTABLE it was done wrong so he scheduled and appointment for this week to mount n rewire it correctly. Note, I didn’t make the appointment the Owner wanted it corrected. When, I came in on Tues Feb 16th for my !0:30am appointment. Right off the bat(Fabian) had a bad attitude n he yelled n told me, I have over a 2 hour wait. I was told that, I was his first App, n he doesn’t start til 10:30 n, I was their at 10:20am, I asked him how is that possible, I had a 10:30 app he started to yell at me n, I said that’s not right he kept on yelling at me in front of coustomer’s, I just went into the waiting room didn’t have time for his attitude. Well it didn’t take over 2hrs only n hour. Immediately he wanted to know what, I wanted, I was trying to explain it to him but he was not having nothing to do with it. I finally said read the worked order he read it n said u just want the trailer hitch wiring mounted, I said not me the Owner. He said it was unexceptable work his response was way didn’t the Owner remount i himself. I said, I don’t know n he told me he would have dismantle my Medical Scooter Lift from the Van. I told him ‘NO’ their was no reason to he was just going to put on a bracket for the wiring. He was upset n demanded me to go inside the waiting room which, I did then, I changed my mine how do, I know what he was going to do upset so went n asked him were r u mounting the bracket(Fabian blew a gasket) n started to wave n swing his arm n hands started to yell r u going to paid for the bracket n u wanted it mounted this went on for a bit then when he stopped yelling at me, I told him, I didn’t make the app n, I didn’t asked to be mounted the Owner did cuz he said the work was unsatisfactory he calmed down n showed me where it was being mounted. I went to pay for the bracket(Fabian) had a smugged look on his face n was smirking at me. I paid the 9.00 dollars n then he thank me for coming in laughing at me so «Unprofessional» I told him he should of did the work correctly last year.(Fabian) just kept on laughing saying Thank U n Come Back Soon as, I walked out the door. U-Haul should monitor their employees(Fabian) thinks he is a gift from God. Note, I won’t be returning to U-Haul on Kanas Ave in Modesto, I would go out of my way to avoid(Fabian)

We always get our uhaul from this location. They have drop off any time. Friendly. Some trucks r iffy but whatever they work haha
