Only the best at Susie’s! I’ve found so many great toys to spice up my life. The hours are great and the employees are always knowledgeable and kind. They don’t judge me and always give me their honest advice about what outfits will look best on me! Love you guys

I have been to Suzie’s many times. They have many product choices although I have not been to impressed with the sales associates. I usually buy my toys and products online because you can see the reviews right there of people that tried that product. I have bought several items from Suzie’s based on recommendation. The first anal toy does not work well with a partner, the rabbit that they suggested is uncomfortable because of the very hard plastic, then I was sold on the rechargeable Jopen and since my phone app couldn’t pull up over night shipping they wouldn’t match the price or work with me in any way, but the toy broke in the first week. Then I went to buy lubrication, I told them I am very sensitive (no minty stuff, or flavored products) and what would they suggest wouldn’t irritate me, what they suggested was $ 25 and I tried a little bit and it felt like I was on fire. (there was ginger root in it, if you know anything about ginger, to much of it is over stimulating to eat and smell). I have been really disappointed with their sales associates. I wish they were allowed to try every product because they are the ones recommending it. I will not be wasting any more money here. I will have to stick to real reviews online, which also have way better prices. If you have already tried a toy and need a replacement they most likely will have it here. But do your own research before you buy. There is a no refund or exchange rule here, so what you buy, you are stuck with.

I love this place I don’t know why ppl have to say bad things… The sales ppl are amazing… If you had a bad experience maybe you were a creep or cheap or jus too young to accept the store your walking into :) jus saying… Grow up an don’t be a creeper an enjoy suzies :)

This place sucks .The people that work there think that they are exempt from all normal customer service. One of the cashiers told me «Go fuck yourself» I guess she spent to much time in the back rooms or on her back. Get some rest baby…

Went in just out of curiosity with my friends and of course the maturity level dropped ten-​fold as soon as we crossed the threshold.
Suzie’s has it all and apparently some stuff I didn’t think existed. You see I was raised on a farm and… you buying this story yet?
Yeah so we came, we saw and we went… pretty fast!

ok wait, Noelle, if you dont want anything the store sells, then why would you give it a bad review, or any review at all? I don’t get it… Anyway, I really like this store, they have a good variety of products, knowledgeable staff, and a nice clean store, I’m only giving 4 stars because the prices are a bit inflated, but what the hell?

Libby! You have to stop in sometime! Lol… just kidding.
But Suzies. What can I say… the place is pretty expensive, and I have gotten better deals on… well…things…at pleasure parties. I have been known to go in and buy silly novelty items for bachelorette parties for or funny greeting cards for friends birthdays when the occasion calls for it but, that’s really about it.
But I do have a funny story.
My husband went to Beyer High (class of 97′). Anyway, I guess a kid he knew in one of his classes went into Suzie’s, grabbed a giant black dildo and ran out with it. He brought it to school the next day and while the teacher had her back turned he threw it down the isle in the classroom, as the story goes, kids were grabbing it and throwing it behind the teachers back for several minutes before the eruption of laughter led the teacher to find said dildo and confiscate it. I’m not sure the kid was ever narced on or not.
But, let this be a warning to you: If you steal from Suzie’s and get caught, they WILL take a Polaroid of you and hang you up on their wall of shame for everyone to see.

The store it’s self is pretty nice.
It is clean… not scary and trashy like a lot of those places… and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products… maybe too knowledgeable!
I picked out a vibrator and was ready to be rung up but the clerk stopped and looked at my choice and said «many women do not like how this feels on their clit.»
He then lead me over to more vibrators and showed me how they wiggle and vibrate… it was awkward… I was not use to those sort of suggestions at a store lol.
I ended up with a really nice one… he told me «it gets your clit and your g-​spot at the same time…“and went on and on about it’s speeds and directions it moves in.
So I bought it and I am a much happier person now.
