I have been trying to get seen for the last 2 weeks they’ve for some reason can communicate with my regular doctor and get me set up for an appointment my wrist has been broken for almost 3 weeks it hurts really bad they told me yesterday when I called that they had 50 referrals to get through that they would get me give me a call back the same day for my appointment they didn’t call back that day they didn’t call back the next day and they close on Fridays at 12 so I couldn’t get through I’m glad it’s only my wrist and I can’t die from it but it hurts I don’t think this office doesn’t really care about people at all I talk to Magda Teresa Cindy and Kayla they all gave me the runaround thanks for nothing

Dr. Ibrahim was excellent! I was actually referred to him by OR nurse where I work. You can’t get a better referral then that! I had an office visit and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. If I have to have surgery, which probably is inevitable, I am confident I have chosen the correct surgeon. The only disadvantage was the office is always so busy and you better plan to wait in an very crowded waiting room. I would have given 5 stars, but deducted a star due to that. Dr. Ibrahim gets 5 stars.

Slow. Very slow. We have been here for hours… no sense of urgency. The doctors show up late. Not professional.

Update: Saw another specialist. My wrist was in fact injured. In short, Mr. Ibraham is clearly a fraud. A con. I was placed on another RX for pain (the same meds Ibraham denied me due to idiocy) and I’m not undergoing weekly wrist rehabilitation to repair the problem. I was also told I shouldn’t have continued work and the specialist must not have paid to close of attention to the injury to have dismissed me without anything, not even a goodbye.
I will be writing a review on the new specialist I seen which can be found on my profile for those interested in a REAL DOCTOR.
As predicted, I was correct in my beliefs that this place is all but a sham. It looks clean on the outside but beware when judging a book by its cover, because this place is a nightmare! I mean, think about it, he claims to have fixed hundreds of people, yet they have NO reviews on there Unilocal page? Usually, when people are fixed up, they’re happy, and they take that happiness to share on Unilocal and allow others to enjoy the happiness. Yet… All I hear is crickets on this page. Other then my honest review of course.
If you don’t mind people hearing your business and injury, if you don’t mind being treated like sh*t, if you don’t mind minimal one on one time, if you don’t mind having your pocket picked, an lastly, if you don’t mind staying in pain rather then fixing it… Then this is the place for you!
Good luck and hopefully this review will at least stray one person away, that way I can feel satisfied helping someone and more so, taking that 300 $ you would have spent away from Mr. Ibraham, in which case, justice is served.

Dr casey does great but the front n back staff have no follow through. multiple phone calls full mailbox es n Arielle may get back to you in a weekn or so if your lucky. front staff for filling out forms you pay for weeks behiind waitng room packed all the time holds 30 people. if I had it to do over would go elsewhere felt lije u was at a surgery factory short staffed after multiple calls u would druve to the office frustrated with being ignored you sre one if many and no real time with dr ge bever eben canr out to see my husband after second surgery n sends his residents to see you at the hospital no personal touch
