Shutter Elite

We called Ray for a bid on shutters for our large office window. He showed up on time for the appointment and was friendly and very professional. He took the measurements for the window and we decided on the color and trim/​molding using samples he brought with him to the appt. We said goodbye and the bid was emailed to us within a day. We accepted the bid, which included the timeframe for production, and he was back at our home for installation exactly when he said he would be. My shutters turned out beautiful and the window looks so pretty. We were so satisfied with the office window, we had him immediately measure out our master bath windows. Again, the bid was emailed within the timeframe he gave us, which we accepted, and we are now in production for master bath shutters. I could not be happier with my experience with Ray and Shutter Elite and I confidently recommend this company.

I called Ray to come out for a quote for one bedroom. It turned out he had previously installed the shutters we have in our living room when we purchased the house. Ray was great. He arrived on time, provided a quick estimate and communicated while waiting for delivery. We will use him again for shutters for our other three rooms. His product is beautiful and matches the color we requested. We could not be happier with our purchase and Rays customer service.

We recently purchased shutters for 3 rooms. We are remodeling the house, one room at a time. Ray was very friendly, brought his showroom to our home and allowed us to see the products before committing to a purchase. Ray measured all windows precisely and they fit like a glove upon installation. We are very happy with Shutters Elite and would use them again!

We had an idea of what we wanted, Ray brought over the mobile showroom, we ordered our shutters, Ray gave us an expected time frame and promptly installed upon arrival. Super simple and convenient! As the other reviews can attest, Ray does fabulous work. He installed some shades at one of our restaurants to help block out the light for our customers. He performed the work quickly, making it a point to do the work before we were open so as to not disturb the customers. The prices were very reasonable when compared to the Big Box shops and most importantly, the customer service was excellent. Being in the customer service industry, it’s nice when another business more than meets your expectations. Highly recommended.

Wow! The work that Ray does is absolutely top notch. I don’t know of anyone else in Central California that does the kind of custom and quality craftsmanship that they do. The shutters are absolutely gorgeous!

I just wanted to say what a Great place this is ! Im so glad I called «Shutters Elite» and had them do my work. I had Plantation Shutters Installed in my dining room, Living Room, Bedroom, and 2 long windows next to front door. They are GORGEOUS !!! Also they were up in no time at all…1.5 hrs ! Ray (the owner) had put them together before arriving to my house & they were up so fast I truly was AMAZED. They make the home looks so much more warm and rich I am still in awe… I cant say enough. Ray is a very nice family man and we also chatted a bit about his daughters, vacations, and FOOD! …I would suggest to anyone out there whos interested in Shutters to call him for a FREE Estimate.
