Shoe Box

Came in today and they were really helpful! The owner is really nice. Everything is so well organized! Probably my first to go place for some uggs!

This is THE place where I go to buy shoes for work. I travel around a lot for my job and I have learned that I shouldn’t mess around when it comes to shoes for that reason.
I have acquired a few pairs of Dansko’s from this store. Pricey, but my feet and back don’t ache nearly as badly by the end of the day. These shoes last several years even with regular use. I still have a pair from 2011 that is quite worn but still far more comfortable than other shoes I have used.
I like that I can try the shoes in the store, and that they are diligent about measuring my feet. The sales associates were always helpful in the few times I’ve gone here. It’s a small a store but they seem to have exactly what I look for.

I went to the shoe box with a shoe in mind and the shoe was not in stock in my size. The associate that helped me said that my size would arrive within the next week and I could pick it up then. I paid that day and checked in the next week with excitement that my shoe had been delivered, only to find out that it would take 2 whole months for this shipment to arrive. I would not have minded the wait, but since the associate had lied to get my business that day I will not be shopping there again.

Excellent service and great quality! My podiatrist sent me here and at first I was horrified that I had to wear orthopedic shoes, but Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up paying more for a pair of running shoes and sandals than I ever have before, but after wearing them I now know why. He was so patient and understanding. I really appreciated the time he took explaining everything and offering suggestions. The shoes were pricey, but as soon as I got home I did an online search and honestly the prices were exactly what you would pay on Amazon. But here you get personal service and expert advice. I will definitely return!

I am not going back to spend my money at this store. I was not allowed to try on a men’s vibram in the men’s section of the store… Medieval times much? I got a lot of snarky remarks and had to basically argue European shoe sizes, the guy lied to me that they would not have the sizes that would fit women… in europe sizes are the same for men and women…
The guy send me over to the women’s side of the store and walked the shoe through the back, wanting to look at different models and their colors I had to run back and forth to look and every time the shoe was brought over to the womens side… he just didnt want me over there even though the store was empty. horrible customer service. I felt very unwelcome.

As another reviewer posted, I wouldnt got to he shoe box for everyday shoes (a wee bit too pricey) but this is the only place I go to for my Uggs. The staff is friendly and I love being able to shop at locally owned businesses! Go local!

I do have foot problems and the staff are very helpful but if you have problems you trust they have the knowledge to say if the shoe fits properly or not. The main complaint I have is their return policy is bad for such expensive shoes. It’s like buying at your own risk.

Yes, I’m one of those people that commits a fashion crime on a daily basis. I wear Uggs. *gasp*! OMG! NO WAY! … I don’t care what other fashionistas say, they’re warm and comfy as hell. When you work in an office that remains 65 degrees throughout the entire span of winter then you can criticize me. On cold, gray and rainy days they’re a warm cup of coffee for the feet! They also aren’t cheap. So take that fashionistas!
I’ve always had excellent service in this store. All of the sales ladies are very helpful, and very thorough in their jobs. Not just with the Uggs, but with the other brands they carry. Shoes in this place cost a pretty penny, so they want you to be happy and comfortable. I can appreciate that.
My only gripe is their return policy is strict as hell. I purchased a pair of the back zip Uggs, worst mistake of my life. Those effers cost way too much money and were the most painful, uncomfortable things known to man. There was nothing they could do for me once I set foot outside my front door. I ended up having to ebay them for less than they cost. Let some other poor unsuspecting fool walk like Herman Munster in those gawd forsaken boots!

I wouldn’t go to this store for my everyday shoes. No way. But for work shoes for someone who stands in one place for long periods and walks around a lot, say a nurse maybe. This is the place. My running shoes with gel insoles just weren’t cutting it anymore. I needed some Birks or Dansko clogs for sure.
I went to Shoe Box for their huge selection of work-​type shoes.
The salesman was super helpful. Even measured my foot, something I hadn’t done in ages. So I found a pair of black leather Dansko clogs and they fit perfectly on my narrow foot.
No more sore feet, legs or back from standing at work. Plus the blood and other junk just rinse right off-​gross but true. I have seen coworkers have to throw other shoes away or have fluids seep through the holes in their Crocs-​nasty!
