The only reason this company is getting a 2 is because of Christine Hankins, and the only care giver Cassandra(goes by Cassie) that actually showed up. If I can rate those 2 professional service separate from the rest of this company they would get 5 stars and the company would get zero. We meet Christine Hankins in our love one’s home at that time we came to an agreement that they will send someone out for 2 hours 3 times a week. We asked that each week be different days for example 1 week Mon, Wed, Fri then the next Sun, Tues, Thurs. We understood and were fine with the fact it may not be the same person each week since we did not want the same days each week. The 1st two days were fine on the 3rd day that is when we started experience the unprofessional employees in the company. Our love one needed to change the time for the 3rd day visit. Mistakenly our love one called the office in the beginning of the week instead of contacting us 1st, so that could have been the reason the staff did not call our love one back, but they also did not contact us either. Then the day before the 3rd day our love tried again to reach their office the unprofessional staff transferred our love one to the scheduling manager’s cell phone(who by the way was out sick). She of course had no idea what was going on since she was woken up by our love one being transferred to her. Of course the unprofessional went down hill from there because of the miscommunication between our love one & the manager that was just woken up while being home sick. If you know your employee is home sick step up, and do the job that employee is not doing. When I found out what was going on because our love one called me very upset & I received a voicemail message fore the sick employee saying she is sorry for the mistake. I called Christine Hankins she informed me that she will look into this, confirmed the time that we wanted for the 3rd day, and said that she will have someone call me to confirm for the 4th day the very next day. I got busy, but never received a phone call from anyone in the company about confirming the 4th day. On the 4th day after the 2 hour time was almost past our love one called me upset again because no one showed on the 4th day. This was a Sunday even though I was sure Christine Hankins was not working that day I called her company cell phone number, and left a message that this is the 2nd unprofessional experience with this company in a very short amount of time. Christine Hankins stepped up on her day office kept me updated on the status as she was trying to get answers from her office. In the end the employee she was speaking with either as Christine Hankins put it «got me confused with another client» or the employee lied to Christine Hankins since the employee informed her that I called and canceled the service for that day. I informed Christine Hankins that I have not spoken to anyone regarding that day’s needs expect for her. Christine Hankins did sound concerned and sorry for the mistakes her company caused. She not the company itself came highly recommended from the hospital our love one was released from. Our love one had nothing but nice things to say about Cassandra(goes by Cassie) when she was with our love one. I just wish the rest of their staff will learn from these mistakes, and never let them happen again to any other families that choose to hire them. We have cancelled their service, and have found another. We do not feel safe with the other staff at this company with our love one. We do wish Christine Hankins and Cassandra(goes by Cassie) the best.
