I haven’t always been a fan of Pizza Hut. Even now it’s not the best but it’s not the worst. However I tried the New garlic knot pizza and I must say it was bomb. I really enjoyed it and the kids did as well. What a great idea ! I love crust anyway but to make garlic cheese bombs out of the crust is genius ! They give you 2 marinara sauces to dip in and ranch. Super yummy.

Slow service! When I walked in after calling in order, she was wondering why I was ten minutes early. Seriously, don’t ask just take my card and charge me. I waited patiently and then the workers started bickering about an order. After that was sorted out the person taking the phone orders started getting frustrated. Look if you can’t handle dinner shift then you might want to look for another job. I might have come in during a busy night but the back area was disgusting. You can see through their door and boxes were pulled high in the corner. There was a small white trash can next to the shelves they had the pizzas in and it was had something yellow stuck to it. It just didn’t look at all sanitary back there.

This place always takes longer than it says. I ordered online and it said 15 mins. I got there 5 mins after it said it would be done and still had to wait 15 more minutes. This is a regular thing here. The pizza is fair most of the time.

It was horrible. It came cold. The spinach on my pizza was not integrated into the pizza it was literally thrown on after the pizza was cooked — whole not chopped, not in the cheese or sauce. The pizzas we ordered lacked flavor. The chicken tastes old. We ordered 2 pizzas and 14 chicken for $ 50 and it tasted awful. We wasted our money. Ugh.

Im a regular here and just 3 days ago I had the worst experience with them, I order my food and 2 and a half hours went by and no food, I called them and they gave me the worst excuse ever, they came to my place and knocked and supposedly called me neither one time this happened they are
I had to re order my food and wait for the food they said sorry but that wasnt enough. sorry doesn’t cut it for my son and my self to wait over 3 hours to eat. they lost another great customer. Close this place down or get honest Great Customer service Employees thank you

Overall a decent «fast food» restaurant. This place can be a bit slow sometimes but come on people, it’s about the cheapest half decent pizza place in town. Especially if you are going on a Friday night, we need to just expect delays. So for being all around decent. I give 3 stars. The reason I am giving 5, is because I met a young man tonight who touched my heart. I am quite sure he has special needs. He noticed I was wearing a special needs shirt and asked me about it. If I had to guess, he probably is on the autism spectrum himself. What I loved is that he obviously had specific jobs, the staff were supportive and he was WORKING there. It blessed my heart to see people with special needs holding a job because each person desires independence and employment is a big piece of that. So good job Pizza Hut for giving a very precious young man a chance. I will probably go back myself to pick up instead of sending my boys just for that reason alone

Pizza was late, forgot my wings, and when I asked to talk to the Manager she stated that she was too busy to talk to a customer about a complaint… I think she needs to be trained on customer service and how the customer needs to come first.

I’m giving them zero! Stars… pizza was 30 mins late. Missing a pizza. Gave me the wrong soda. The only thing they did was say sorry were busy. 5 dollor credit and my money back on the soda and missing pizza… please close this place down! Or get staff that has more than a elementary completion diploma!

worst pizza i have ever had. we ordered breadsticks and we got a slab of dry, burnt bread. we also ordered a stuffed crust large pepperoni with pineapple and it had barely any cheese in the crust and it was just greasy and terrible. will definitely not be ordering from pizza hut ever again.

The staff used to be soo much better when the new high school graduates ran this place. We went there the other day and were picking up 3 pizzas and we paid but they never showed us the pizzas. So before we grabbed our pizzas to leave, we asked if we could see the pizzas. The rude lady at the front snapped at us & said, «it’s not like you’re going to get it for free but if you really need me to, I’ll show you.» Umm hello? You don’t talk to your customers like that! Apparently they have gotten rid of their show the pizza or its free policy which sucks because with the rude service we received, we should have been getting our pizzas for free.
Besides, the rude and somewhat odd staff, the pizza never disappoints. Always warm and fresh with good quality ingredients.

Every time I order from here they have an excuse why it’s late, one time 11⁄2 hours later I sent someone to pick up my pizza, Tonight I ordered in line paid placed the order Boom two hour delivery time? Unexceptable and I’m sure it will be late it always is from them, now they call and don’t have bread sticks I paid for? WTH

Maybe I shouldn’t write so soon after getting upset here. I ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery. Delivery time was to be in around an hour. Placed my order on line, paid with my credit card and got an E-​mail confirmation, everything’s fine right? An hour and a half went by and no pizza. I called and the girl said they called twice to confirm and no answer so they cancelled my order! My phone doesn’t work at times in my house so I didn’t get any messages. You’d think my card going through and an e-​mail confirmation would do it. Annoying.: (

I made a mistake. I made the mistake of all mistakes. I ordered while talking to a friend. I clicked «crispy bone in wings» thinking crispy meant crispy.
God no. They’re breaded. I meant traditional. I can own up to it, I ordered wrong, my bad.
But good mother of mary these are atrocious. You ever eat something so god awful you have to text all your friends, update twitter and post on facebook about it? These are awful. I’m sitting at home, trying to choke these down because «food is food» and I paid 12 $ for this shit. Fuck. Its like trying to eat soggy hot sauce. Where the hell is the crispy? I can’t get my drunk as hell friend to eat more than a bite of one, she absolutely refuses.
Ever loving mother these are the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten.

Yay! I recently used Pizza Hut for delivery for my daughters birthday. Not only did they come exactlly at 2:50 p.m. like I had requested, they were extremely friendly and not creepy like alot of delivery people from other places. We had an order of 15 lg pizzas and were fortunate that when we asked they gave us a discount for ordering so many pizzas. They gave us plates so that helped us save $. And there were no complaints of the quality of food from the kids or parents.
