Pizza Hut

Okay, so I used to love pizza hut– but recently they have become money hungry.
They used to honor any deals or coupons (retailmenot etc) if you wanted to order a pizza online. Now they don’t honor anything?! The current deal advertised is the $ 5.00 pizza, which sounds amazing and all but once you go to order it you get a little pop up notification saying «This promotion is not honored at our store». I’m beginning to think it would be easier to say what is honored at your store. Will not be returning to this pizza hut.
Pizza guys is about the same distance from you guys and they honor coupons!
(We got two pizza’s for the price of one of pizza hut pizza’s!)

Last night I wanted pizza but a semi low budget do I chose pizza Hut been a while since I ordered it cus I was burnt out on there pizza but logged on to the Web sit and seen they have new pizzas oh my gosh it was do good and there hand tossed crust was so Devine let’s just say I was very impressed. Thank you

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I will never order from here again. this is like the 3^rd time that thwy have no pepper or cheeses napkins. Really? Its a pizza place .the managmenr must suck for this to keep happening. its ridiculous.stay away from here anf the pizza harly no cheese or sauce and I asked for bell peper on my pizza and they did not have any. I should of just ate bread for this thing they call pizza. .this place is a joke.

This is one of those locations where things never go right.
I live between this location and the Mitchell location. I go to either one equally and this one is failing. Every time I go my food is cold. One time I went my food wasn’t even made! They told me my crust was unavailable (which has happened to me before but I usually get a phone call) and they said they called me. I checked my phone, nothing. I checked my receipt to see if I accidentally put the wrong number, nope. They lied to me lol So I’m there now waiting for my pizza to be made. Literally about 30 mins, and to top it off I had ordered wings with the pizza and my wings were sitting on a rack, in the box, waiting for my pizza with me. When I finally got my pizza, my wings were COLD, the box was SOGGY, and they were HARD. They didn’t even apologize or offer a discount/​free pizza like Mitchell did in the past. Mitchell’s Pizza Hut literally gave me 3 free pizzas for a mistake they made on ONE pizza. Now that’s customer service!
Every time I came to this location, it’s something. One time I ordered the chicken pasta and they didn’t even add chicken. It was just sauce and pasta. Another time my pizza was under cooked and another time I got doughy wings ugh it was disturbing. I usually have to wait for my pizza, and the workers seem bored or uninterested, some even have attitude it’s like wtf did I do to you? lol
Save your time and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I give up on this place.

Chose only 1 star cuz ¼ stars aren’t available. Phoned in a mini pepperoni pizza for carry out. They told me 25 minutes (really for a mini) but ok. Showed up 25 min later and it seems they were just putting it in the oven! WORST place to go if you’re tired from a long work shift and would just like to grab some FAST food and call it a day! Will not be using this location ever again.

I’m not trying to particularly picky or anything but something like this has to be shares upon other people.
First off, I ordered a pizza off the phone and they had great service. I then 15 minutes later went to go pick up my pizza, the transaction went normal. But the odd thing was… They did not have any napkins when I requested them! What the heck? Honestly, what fast food place/​restaurant runs out of napkins? It is THE MOST BASIC THING TO HAVE.
I asked the lady, if they always run out of napkins like this and she said yes they go out really quickly.
Okay I’m sorry but that is just ridiculous. I’ve never seen or went to a fast food place that has ran out of napkins.

I went here a couple weeks ago, it wasenr anything to brag about.
I appricete the coupons tho. (:
